Data Collection Selecting Operational Area Setting up Unique Program Budgeting and project proposal
DATA COLLECTION
The Organization activities completely based on the clear real-time statistical information. We manage dynamic educational statistics for each area. The area is Org’s own drawn circle and it’s drawn with covering all Educational Institutions in and around a small town. Majorities of our volunteers are spending their time in data collection, College student’s teams specially appointed for data collection purpose. In each circle our volunteers actively involved in collecting the data’s like.,
Population of the Children. Population of child labor. Enrollment figures in each class. Number of schools (Primary, Secondary, Hr.Sec). Number of Higher educational Institutions. Education standard in each school. Teaching Methodologies followed. Teaching Environments. Major shortage of supply teaching. Students going for the higher education. Economical status of the Circle. Educational awareness on parents and public. Local body participation.
SELECTING OPERATIONAL AREA
Due to minimum resources (Admin & Finance) of the org’s current status, organization forced to select the operational area’s instead of covering complete Rural India without any negotiations. The org will expand its operations time to time while it gains potential capacity to Extend, Currently The organization follows unique strategies for selecting the operational area, key issues for selecting an operational area are...
Poverty of educational standard Applicability of our activities Duration of serious activities needed Local resources Institutions Co-operation Org’s Financial status
SETTING UP UNIQUE PROGRAM
Our experience and the information’s gathered we strongly noticed that each Geographical/Cultural/Economical diverse circle has different learning possibilities. which results Educational divide or Educational inequalitywhile applying common education program statewide or natioanal wide. For example in a city like chennai students can access any learning resources from 6AM to 10PM, at the same time in several areas students only possible to come-out from home after 8AM and have to return before 6PM. And talking about availability and accessibility of educational resources, it’s too far for the rural people obviously not possible in most cases. For example Computer Courses/Centers, Educational consultants, Etc.,
So in our plan each circle is provisioned with a uniquely designed educational development programs, in some cases a single school also equipped with unique program. Our educational expert team designs the program. The Expert-Team builds with...
