What is RISE...?
RISE – Rural Institute for Standard Education is a Non Profit, Non Government, Non Religious, Non Political organization. Working to provide International Standard Education to the Rural Students in India.
Who are all in RISE...?
RISE is a 100% volunteer participants driven organization, all works(Responsibilities) managed/Shared among the volunteers. We expect large number of volunteers to participate on this program from various category of people like Students, teachers, Professionals, Organizers, industrialists, Corporate companies etc.,
How we provide Standard Education...?
The Organization completely adopts the Rural Schools which has barriers to deliver standard education, an special area/school specific program is designed by the Educational Expert Team based the data collected from the Institution.
Why i need to participate in it...?
Every one has the intension to work for the society due to short of time & resources most of them neglect without making effect. the Organization give provide clear framework and gathers peoples with similar interests, so that with small piece of your contribution can achieve greater results and can be part of the great happenings to wards sustainable development of the nation.
What could by my qualification/qualities or eligibility criteria to participate in this program....?
Any one can participate & can contribute more effective no matter who, where and what they are... we have clear framework to accumulate each piece of work from anyone. The only eligibility you need is Pure interest...That's it.
How it Works...?
The Organization works with the following four phases... Data collection Selecting operational area Setting up unique program Budgeting & Project proposal.
What is data collection...?
The Organization manages strong statistical information for each area, we collects data like, Population of the Children. Population of child labor. Number of schools (Primary, Secondary, Hr.Sec). Number of Higher educational Institutions. Enrollment figures in each class. Education standard in each school. Teaching Methodologies followed. Teaching Environments. Major shortage of supply teaching. Students going for the higher education. Economical status of the Circle. Educational awareness on parents and public. Local body participation.
Who is in the Educational Expert team...?
A Team of volunteers who has rich experience from divers environments like Education, Information Technology, Industry, Banks and NGO’s etc. This team will design the program collaborating with the Onsite Team.
What is Onsite team and who are all in there...?
The onsite team is build with local peoples of the operational area, This team do the requirement analysis, program monitoring and reporting with the guidance from the Project Coordinator.
Who are all the participants tin the onsite Team...?
any interested active person from concerning area become part of Onsite team, onsite team member cab be a Teacher, professional, Student, industrialist, Etc.
Who is project Coordinator...?
Coordinator is a Trained volunteer by the Organization who has significant experience in management and able to visit onsite frequently.
How you manage projects...?
We follow the government admin existing structure. we organize the projects in the order of States - Districts - Taluks - Blocks - Sector Each Child Level is directly Managed by the parent level, related as one to many from the top.
What are the designations and their responsibilities...?
State - Directors - responsible to entire state program planning and execution
District - Directors - authenticate to operate on District specific
Taluk - Project Coordinator - to manage the project in a taluk
Block - Project Officer - responsible handle a Block
Sector - Sector Officer - Closer level of the Organization official with the onsite
Team - Team Leader - To manage a team and report to the sector officer
What an Individual can do?
As we already told, RISE is an 100% volunteer driven Organization all works (Responsibilities) towards fulfilling the Or objective are shared/Managed among the volunteers. So you can participate in any of the organization like
- Syllabus Designing
- Product Development
- Data Collection
- Training
- Finance
- Onsite Management, Etc.
What a industrial company can do ?
One easy thing to do is becoming sponsor for the project either for a single school or group of schools Design and deliver a program to know about industry supporting for Industrial Visits
What Corporate Company can do...?
• Consulting services (management, advertising, marketing, promotion, legal, taxation, financial, strategic planning, project design, system development etc.)
• Financial support (capital costs, feasibility studies, small business start-up costs, credit facilities for purchase of assets, sponsorship, travel grants, deficit finance etc.)
• Donate equipment (machinery, furniture, computers, office equipment and other infrastructure)
• Donate products (educational, health care, construction,raw materials, etc.)
• Donate used material (furniture, equipment, stationery, etc)
• Donate products that cannot be sold (e.g soiled rolls of tissue or paper kitchen towels, torn packaging, etc.)
• In-kind gifts (could be any products other than the company’s line of business).
• Loan talent /executive sabbatical (paid time off to perform volunteer work).
• Public relations services (NGO branding through corporate approaches) Technical assistance.

What an Educational Institution can do...?
Resourceful institutions can share their resources with the near by adopted schools by the org, that includes
1.Providing part time staffs
2.Training the Teachers for betterment in quality of teaching
3.Inter school competitions
4.Collaborative Activity camps
What Higher Educational Institutions can do...?
The Higher educational Institutions has very big role to play here, They may commit to Train Teachers Can provide their students to take classes in academic and non academic like painting/dancing/yoga/Sports..Etc.
